Gravel Biking

The off-road riding here is exceptional. If you like getting into the wilderness where not many folks go on bikes then you’ll absolutely love it here. In every direction from our village you can find climbs of 10-15 KM long taking you deep into the mountains with breathtaking views, alpine wildlife and traditional mountain huts offering hearty meals and sweet treats. You can even stay overnight in a hut on a mult-day adventure. The gravel roads here are in great condition making them suitable for all types of off-road bikes. Running & Hiking

We’ll be honest, It’s not very flat around us. There’s a few flat out and back options on roads next to the rivers. Otherwise you’ll be gaining elevation quickly, on or off-road. An example for those ultra runners or hikers among us; from the village you can head straight up Raduha with its peak at 2200 metres. We are surrounded by peaks of over 2000 metres, so there are endless options for big days running or hiking, even multi-day with a night in a traditional mountain hut, some hearty food and local schnapps. From the nearby Logar Valley (Logarska Dolina) you can take on some of the most epic alpine routes in Slovenia.
