After signing up for Ironman Wales, I quickly realised I had no idea how to train for such an event. A quick call with Lawrence helped ease my nerves (especially concerning the bike section) as he designed an easy-to-follow training plan.

After just four months with Lawrence, I conquered the dragon and became an Ironman.
I entered this race with no triathlon experience and not really any clue what I was doing but after a year of coaching I have managed to do 2 other triathlons and actually get down the finish line of an Ironman🏴
Cronk really took into consideration my currently capabilities and designed the training to fit me and my schedule. The monthly videos and assistance really helped to ease my worries and answer any ridiculous questions I have had for each triathlon I’ve done now (especially Ironman😅)

What types of athletes do you coach?

How does online coaching actually work?
With Performance Coaching, I review your training regularly, provide feedback, and adjust your programme week-to-week. With the Guided Plan, you receive a personalised monthly plan, a video walkthrough and general coaching insights, but no individual workout feedback.
How often will I hear from my coach?
With the Guided Plan, we check in when your plan is updated each month. You also receive a monthly video walkthrough of your upcoming block and a coaching insights video, but not ongoing back-and-forth about completed sessions.
Do I need expensive equipment to benefit from coaching?
What if I travel often or my schedule changes?
For the Guided Plan, you send through your availability each month and we build your new block around that schedule.
Can my plan include strength training or nutrition guidance?
What if I get injured or sick?
Can I still train with my club or friends?
