Our coaching uses well researched science, athlete collaboration and over a decade of coaching experience to get the best results.
The guidance we offer considers an athletes; ability, goals, equipment and free time to be sure sporting endevours gel with their lifestyle allowing consistent training and longevity. To achieve this we take a very personal approach, we keep in touch with our athletes regularly to provide feedback and ask for it too. This allows us to continually adjust the prescription of training and rest to maximise adaptations and achieve peak performance at the right time. We use video feedback as a powerful tool to give our athletes a thorough understanding of their training plan and data so they can execute their sessions with precision for the best results. Whether you are a ‘data nerd,’ ‘technophobe,’ beginner or experienced athlete, coaching will be delivered at the level that suits you!
It is our hands on, individual approach that has lead many of our athletes to work with us with for multiple years of successful training and racing. Many of our athletes have come to us before their first events and in time, gone on to be successful at some of the worlds most competitive races.
